Marvin Mitchell is the President and CEO of Compass Retirement Solutions, LLC and focuses on serving baby boomers.  He is passionate about helping baby boomers avoid running out of money so that they can live the lifestyle that they desire.

He specializes in Wealth Management and Retirement Planning, which may include the areas of 401K rollovers, IRA transfers, and retirement income protection.

You may have seen his articles in the St. Louis American, or perhaps you’ve heard him as a retirement expert guest on Shine 690 AM.   Marvin was recently selected as a top St. Louis professional for Economic Empowerment and is well known for his “Retire Now” education seminars.

Marvin is a St. Louis native and a graduate of Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville. In addition to his passion for finances, Marvin is a speaker, coach, and trainer certified by the John Maxwell Company.  He has served as a board member for United4Children and is Vice President of Leadership Development for Urban League Young Professionals of St. Louis. In his spare time, Marvin enjoys traveling to tropical locations, softball, and being involved in his local church.

Arlene Roberts Hudson is the Director of Operations for Compass Retirement Solutions, LLC.  Arlene manages the business operations for the company and brings years of administrative experience to the firm.  She also assists clients with their service and operational needs, while ensuring their requests are processed efficiently.  Arlene is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she earned a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in General Management.  She has also earned a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Arlene resides in St. Louis, Missouri and enjoys traveling and volunteering throughout the community in her spare time.

Erin Slay is the Director of Marketing for Compass Retirement Solutions, LLC. She is a recent graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Before joining our team, Erin traveled the country with a music festival, working in events and as a marketer for a smoking prevention campaign. Her unique experience brings innovative thinking and a creative eye to the team. She is passionate about people and making a difference in the lives of the clients whom she has the opportunity to serve.

Erin resides in St. Louis, Missouri and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and traveling to new places.

Christina Blash is the Event Specialist for Compass Retirement Solutions, LLC. Christina brings diverse groups of individuals from across the metro area together for the sole purpose of increasing their knowledge about their retirement options. Her expertise in working with individuals across socio-economic and cultural divides aides Compass in providing holistic and culturally relevant services to our clients. Christina is a graduate of St. Louis University, where she earned a Master of Social Work, with a community concentration.

Christina resides in St. Louis, Missouri and enjoys working with a number of community non-profits and experiencing different cuisines.

Suzanne Muusers is a Business Strategist and Business Coach with a background in marketing, branding, and successful business ownership.
